√ *EVALUATE: Thoroughly inspect and assess the current condition of your property and make recommendations for you to achieve the highest selling price of your property
√ *HOME STAGE: I will have a professional home stager in to assess your property and make recommendations of any improvements required to make your property appealing to buyers
√ *PHOTOGRAPHS: High quality professional HDR photographs will be taken of your property
√ *VIRTUAL PHOTO TOUR: A Professional Photograph Tour will be arranged for your property once staging and improvements (if necessary) are completed.
√ *MLS: Your property listing information will be entered into the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) system (& sydicated out to targeted websites: Realtor.ca, Homefinder.ca etc.) and a "FOR SALE" sign will be visibly displayed on your property
√ *PRINTED MARKETING PIECES: A professionally designed and printed full colour high end "Feature Brochure" and "Just Listed" postcard will be produced
√ *IMMEDIATE NOTIFICATION: upon your property listing being activated, a text bullitin message is generated to all agents at our Coldwell Banker Select Real Estate, Brokerage office and property details are presented at our weekly AM meeting
√ *ADVERTISE: Your property will be advertised in applicable printed Newspapers and/or Magazines & distributed to targeted areas
√ *INTERNET: Your property will be displayed on critical/syndicated website locations and properly optimised for optimal searches. Posted on my Website, Social Media, You Tube etc.
√ *AGENT INSPECTION: An agent Open House inspection of your property will take place the first Thursday following your new listing activation on the MLS system
√ *OPEN HOUSE: A public Open House of your property (the safe, respectible and smart way) held on the weekend(s)
√ *MARKET ANALYSES: Keep you informed of all MLS currently listed and sold properties in direct competition to your property, evaluate and re-assess your listing if necessary
